Data Subject Request
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (listed in our Privacy Notice) to Akkatoğlu Demir Çelik Sanayi İthalat İhracat ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi through the channels below. Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. If the response requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

How to apply
- In writing, in person or by notary: Deliver the signed form together with a document proving your identity to Payas Organized Industrial Zone, Şükrü Kanatlı Street No:2, 31900 Payas, Hatay, Turkey. Please write “Data Subject Request under the KVKK” on the envelope.
- Registered electronic mail (KEP): Send the form, signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, to akkatoglu@hs01.kep.tr.
- E-mail address previously notified to us: If you have an e-mail address that is already registered in our systems, you may send the form from that address to info@akkatoglu.com.
What your request must contain
- Your name and surname, and your signature if the request is made in writing;
- Your Turkish ID number, or nationality, passport number or ID number for foreign nationals;
- Your residential or workplace address for notifications;
- Your e-mail address, telephone or fax number, if available;
- The subject of your request.
Information and documents related to the subject of the request should be attached. Requests submitted on behalf of another person require a notarised power of attorney.
